3.2. The store reserves the right to deny a refund request if:
- It is your first purchase, and you immediately claim the product or treasure was not found.
- Your account is proven to be a “shared” account used by multiple people.
3.3. Before submitting a claim for lost items or treasures:
- Verify the coordinates, location, and photos provided in the description of the product or treasure.
- If the area looks different from the description’s photo, stop and take photos showing the difference before proceeding with your search.
- Carefully search the location. Some items may not be immediately visible due to packaging or environmental conditions.
3.4. Evidence (Photos):
- Provide clear photos that include:
- A close-up of the product or treasure.
- The surrounding area of the discovery location.
- A photo taken from the same angle as shown in the order, during daylight hours.
4. Protecting Your Wallet
4.1. The store is not responsible if funds are sent to the wrong wallet or network.
Tip: Always double-check the wallet address and network before sending funds to ensure they are correct.
4.2. Refunds are not issued. Be cautious when making purchases.
4.3. The store is not responsible for purchases from counterfeit sellers.
